[magick-users] works in version 6.2.8, not 6.2.9

Hello all!

 

Using ImageMagick v. 6.2.8 07/12/06, passing in the following:

 

-colorspace rgb c:/inFile.eps -resize 250x250 -density 72x72
-bordercolor #F2F2F2 -compose over -border 0 c:/outfile.jpg

 

This works fine, however when passing in the same exact string to
ImageMagick-6.2.9-7 (latest version) the result is pixilated, distorted,
and of centered. What should I do different in the later version to
receive a good result?
