[magick-users] Annotating Images - combinig 2 of Anthony's examples

How can i combine 
http://www.cit.gu.edu.au/~anthony/graphics/imagick6/annotating/text_bottom_right.jpg 
and 
http://www.cit.gu.edu.au/~anthony/graphics/imagick6/annotating/label_outline.jpg

I mean, I would like to have the text rotated, but with an "outline" around 
the font for better reading.

I know I have to rotate the font 2 times and to write the font 2 times. 
Probably it doesn't work here, because I have to do some tasks first before 
the others follow.
