[magick-users] .DLL formatting

I am a new user and am having trouble orienting myself with all the  options. 
 I would ideally prefer to use ImageMagick through AutoIt.  I  know that I 
can do command line operations, but I need to process errors which  this does 
not seem to enable.  
 
1)  Can I use the DLL's and pass parameters and get a  confirmation/error 
code back from the DLL that the requested operation was  successful?  IF SO, 
where can I see a list of command syntax and what each  DLL in the directory does?
 
2)  Can I send a picture to the printer automatically without any user  
input?  Do I have the power to configure printer settings programmatically?  (short 
of going lower level into C or Windows?)
