[magick-users] Place hundreds of images with varying x, y, rotation, size

Hoi all,

I want to create a randomized background image.
It must have a fixed size (e.g. 1024x768) and contain some hundred
copies of a image (arrow.gif) placed on randomized x and y positions. The
rotation and size of each image will also be randomized.

How is this possible?

I now about (-page +123+456 -rotate 33 arrow.gif) but I couldn't
figure out how to scale it.
