[magick-users] TIF with embedded images

Hello,

When converting TIF to jpg I often get from file.tif two files
file-0.jpg and file-1.jpg . This is probably embedded preview of file
extracted during conversion. How to not use that feature? We can
assume all TIFs are one page.
