[magick-users] Convert the first frame of a multiple image GIF to a JPG (source file doesn't have an extension)

I am using the ImageMagickObject in VB.NET, can anyone help please?

 

I tried to put the [0], but that didn't work, actually even we tried with a
file with an extension, it gave the same results, it only worked when ran
from the command prompt.
