[magick-users] TIFF format generated by ImageMagick

With a simple convert at the Command Prompt:

convert svgImage.svg svgImage.tif

ImageMagick is version 5.4.9-Q16, the binary distribution for Windows.

It's weird that it seems that I have no version of tifflib installed. How come
that I see the generated tiff with the command imdisplay? It shouldn't work!
What library does ImageMagick use to generate the tiff?

Now that I downloaded libtiff 3.5.7,  I'm still wondering in what configuration
file I must indicate ImageMagick that it should use it.
