PerlMagick does not require Magick++.  To determine why the ImageMagick
configure script failed to validate Magick++, see config.log.  Fix the
reported problem and rerun the configure script until Magick++ validates.
If you do not need Magick++, add --without-magick-plus-plus to your 
configure script command line.
