[magick-developers] OpenMP patch for Sepia-Tone effect

Hi,

I wrote a patch using OpenMP for the Sepia-Tone effect that have
decreased the execution time for about 40%.

I test it on a Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU @ 2.40GHz
