[magick-developers] OpenMP patch for normalize and tint!

Hi,

I wrote two patches using OpenMP in ImageMagick, one for
ContrastStretchImageChannel and
one for TintImage. The execution got ~20% faster than the normal for
both, it isn't much compared
to the previous OpenMP patches sent to ImageMagick, but it's something ;)
