[magick-developers] OpenMP patch for OilPaintImage Function

Hello,

During the development, the student Joao Paulo Reichi Vita helped me to make
my the application work proprely. In fact, he was working independently at
the same function and finished his project before me.

The patch he developed is shorter and more elegant. As he has already
submitted his patch, I won't send my version again.
We had a deal that he would summit his patch in first place. Sorry, JP, for
send it before you. I thought that there would be no problem submit my one
too.
