[magick-developers] about ImageMagick's dithering on a Hilbert-Peano curve

In other news...

It seems that the Hilbert Curve Dither has been restored (thanks Cristy)
in the current SVN alpha sources, while your Code for FS Dither is also
present.

Strangly BOTH forms of dithering are being made available.
Though I am not certain how IM is deciding on which dither to use.

I think it is if number of colors is less than 16 then
use Floyd Steinberg Dither!!!!    Cristy can you verify this to us?
