[magick-developers] IPLab Image format

Hello everybody.
I have put together a coder file for the Scanalytics IPLab Image format 
(IPL).  This format is commonly used in bio-medical imaging applications 
and is fairly straightforward.  How do I go about submitting the code 
for review and (hopefully) inclusion?
