No money being earned here!

We're using it in the Xastir project to render maps for an amateur
radio APRS client application.  As people walk/bike/drive/fly/boat
around with GPS units, their symbol roams around on top of the maps.

ImageMagick gives us the ability to render a bunch of image formats,
including satellite photos, scanned-in paper maps, and internet
images (including TigerMap and TerraServer images).  We wrote our
own code to handle several types of vector maps and USGS topo maps.
