[Magick-bugs] ImageMagick messes up PATH

Here is another way to reproduce this. On "clean" machine after 
installing ImageMagick try to add something to Path using PathTool.exe 
-e switch and see what happens. Since there has been no response from 
either you or author of PathTool I kindly ask you to fix this by adding 
your own code for appending to Path instead of using PathTool.exe.
