[Magick-bugs] SVG font-size bug (resolution)

Hello,

using ImageMagick 6.4.8.7 (and some previous version) 
we encounter the problem that the size of the characters does not change in the expected proportion.
See attached pictures for example.
These are the commands we used to create the jpg files.
convert -density 72 c:\test.svg c:\test_72.jpg
convert -density 200 c:\test.svg c:\test_200.jpg

Did we something wrong or is it a bug?

The expected behaviour would be the same picture a little bit bigger.
