[Magick-bugs] bug converting eps to gif

Had problem on this system:

 uname -a;rpm -q ImageMagick
Linux x 2.6.27.12-78.2.8.fc9.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Jan 19 19:25:03 EST
2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
ImageMagick-6.3.8.1-4.fc9.x86_64


This system produced correct output from same eps:

 uname -a;rpm -q ImageMagick

ImageMagick-6.2.2.0-3.fc4.2
ImageMagick-6.2.2.0-3.fc4.2

'right' gifs show numbers on the scale on the right, 'wrong' gifs do

Is the bug in the conversion (with ImageMagick convert) or is there a
