ImageMagick 6.4.5-0 installed by MacPorts on Mac OS X 10.4.11 Intel
doesn't install anything in ${prefix}/bin/, but yet all tests in the
test suite pass. (It does install modules, libraries, documentation,
and an include file.) 6.4.4-10 worked fine.
