[Magick-bugs] problems building imagemagick 6.3.9 on Debian system

I'm trying to build 6.3.9 on Debian system as it seems bug I reported
yesterday may be already fixed in 6.3.9. But make fails with some
undefined macros, see details below.

Any idea what's wrong?
