Just for the record: The one which I was looking for was actually:

(and it actually sais 'Legacy releases' there on the ImageMagick 
download page ;)

A pity it does not provide ready-made Windows sources (VisualStudio 
project file generation), but maybe I can just use the 6.3.5-Windows 
project files and replace the sources with the 6.2.x ones for now...
