[Magick-bugs] Imagemagick does not create grayscale bmp in Version 3

Hi!

I get instead of bmp3, bmp4 format.

I have 1.bmp: 512x512 bmpfile of size: 263222. I think it is what is
called bmp3 (14 + 40 + 4*256 + 512*512 = 263222)

"convert 1.bmp bmp2:2.bmp" results in

	2.bmp of size 262938 (that's fine)

"convert 1.bmp bmp:2.bmp" results in

	2.bmp of size 478222 (that's fine)

"convert 1.bmp bmp3:2.bmp" results in

	2.bmp of size 478222 (instead of bmp3, I got bmp4)

I checked for versions 6.1.8 and 6.2.5
