[Magick-bugs] Modperl on Win32 not working anymore (perlmagick)

Hi,

After upgrading from 6.2.8.0 to 6.3.1.7 the Apache server reports an 
error or silently quits ( this happened on my laptop with an older 
Activestate perl 8.17) when preloading the ImageMagick module.

When I start the module under normal Perl, there is no problem.
I have tested several versions to tracing the problem and found out that 
from version 6.2.9 the problem started.

I maybe found something similar in the "[Magick-bugs] Re: [magick-
developers] segmentation fault" bug report at 
http://studio.imagemagick.org/pipermail/magick-bugs/2006-
October/002527.html.

I have tested with Apache 2.2.3/Apache 2.2.4, modperl 2.03 and 
activestate perl 817/819 on Windows 2003 sp1/Windows XP sp2.
