[Magick-bugs] -comment option doesn't work

Dear ImageMagick Team!

This effect appeared in ImageMagick 6.3.7-2 on i686 Debian Linux/2.6.22-14.

When I tried to create a test image when I fixed the PDB reader, I noticed that
the '-comment' option doesn't work:

$ convert logo.jpg -comment "This is comment" logo2.jpg

$ rdjpgcom logo2.jpg

$

I tried to figure out where the image property is set, but the command line
option parsing is, well, a little complicated...
