[Magick-bugs] IM 6.3.5-q16-win OptimizeTransparency error

I have several jpg from a webcam and wanted to make a animated gif. i
had 6.3.1 and found some optimizations trick on your site:

i wanted to use the "-layers OptimizeTransparency" argument but got an
error (its in slovene, but i think the important things are
understandeable, error numbers, etc...)

command that produced the error:
C:\Temp\cam01>"c:\Program Files\ImageMagick-6.3.5-Q16\convert.exe" *.jpg 
-resize 120x90 -layers OptimizeTransparency -quantize YUV +dither +map 
-colors 96 cam02_bike-01.gif

the error does not occur if i remove the -layers OptimizeTransparency 
argument.

error message:
