[Magick-bugs] TIFF PhotometricIntrepretation bug/behavior change

Are you making it into a monochrome image?  I am using the following
flags "-define quantum:polarity=min-is-white -monochrome -compress
Group4"


When I convert into a color image things look good, binary images appear
as a negative.  I've looked at PDF files from multiple sources.

We get a positive image with ImageMagick 6.3.3-8.  We tested it against
a few other programs such as Gimp to verify it is producing correct
results.
