[Magick-bugs] SVG decode delegate

delegates.xml.in contains this line, added in svn revision 2457:

  <delegate decode="svg" command='"@WMFDecodeDelegate@" -o "%o" "%i"' />

The command named "wmf2svg" appears, unsurprisingly, incapable of
converting *from* SVG rather than to it, as reported by someone else in
http://www.imagemagick.org/pipermail/magick-users/2006-April/017512.html

Was running the WMF delegate on SVG files actually intended, or is that
an error?
