[Magick-bugs] Quality problems on resizing a transparent GIF file

It appears that the most recent versions of ImageMagick have a problem 
with the image quality resulting from a resize.

When resizing a transparent GIF the resulting image's quality has degraded 
notably from 6.2.3-6, the last version that produced great results.

6.2.5-5, 6.2.6-8, 6.2.7-8, 6.2.8-8, 6.2.9-1 and 6.2.9-3 please see this

Command used to configure ImageMagicks:

./configure --prefix=/opt/test/imagemagick_$VERSION-$MINORVERSION 
--without-xml --enable-shared=yes


Commands used to generate the images:
convert logo_aladdin.gif -verbose -resize 64x64\> result.gif
convert logo_aladdin.gif -verbose -resize 300x300 result.gif


Is there any workaround I could use?
