Create image dynamically

I am new in Magicwand.
I want to create image dynamically using MagicWand. But my input is either pixels or screen shot of an image.
By using pixel or Screen shot i have to create an JPG image. Then i have to convert that image to 300DPI format.
Please anybody tell me how can i do this.
