Hello

Is it possible when I compare two documents that the difference is only one of the two documents? because the result puts us in red the difference of the two gold documents for greater readability, it would be better if we only see the difference of a single document.

Your question is not clear. Please show an example or explain further.

You can use -compose difference to get an image that only shows the differences between the two documents.
