How to know JPEG's real BitDepth?

Post by VasyaIvonov2 »

Hi!

I have some jpeg files with BitsPerSample=8 and ColorComponents=3 in terms of ExifTool. Windows explorer's property details for those files shows BitDepth=24. MagickImage shows BitDepth=8. I want to get value 24 for these files with help of MagickImage, but I can't find any property like ColorComponents. ChannelCount for images shows 0.

Thanks for any help.
