Re: Fred's Greenscreen script processing all images in folder

Yes, sorry. I moved it to my forum. It was supposed to be attached to your post. I am not sure how it got attached to the wrong one. The script is not set up to do that. You have to write a bash shell script "for" loop over all of your input images and call greenscreen within the loop. See https://w...

Re: Clipping results in empty image on CentOS

Inkscape can be installed and used command line. If it is there, ImageMagick will use it in preference to your RSVG, which is rather old. You should either upgrade that or install Inkscape, which is generally better.

Re: EPS input, PNG output: no clip path defined with 7.0.10

Try putting the -strip back in our longer command. And add +repage after the -trim. For IM 7, use magick not convert.

Re: Clipping results in empty image on CentOS

convert -list format Look at the end of the line for SVG. Does it say RSVG or XML or MSVG. The latter two are the same. Also convert -version will tell you if you have rsvg listed in the Delegates line. If you have Inkscape on your system, that will be used in place of either of the other two. You ...

Re: Change single color to another in image

You have your colors swapped. But you need to specify rgba with alpha values, if your image is transparent. Or disable the alpha channel then change colors then enable the alpha channel Try this (your value is 134 not 135). convert alhpa.png -alpha off -fill "rgb(0,0,255)" -opaque "rgb(134,134,134)"...

Re: Clipping results in empty image on CentOS

Do you have the same SVG rendered on both systems and the same versions? Inkscape, RSVG or MSVG/XML are the possibilities

Re: EPS input, PNG output: no clip path defined with 7.0.10

ImageMagick 7.0.10-5 Q16

This works:

Code: Select all

magick input.eps[1] -alpha transparent -clip -alpha opaque -strip output.png

Re: Sort by specific image properties

The only way that comes to mind would be to do template matching with your NE and W characters, assuming the stamps are always the same size. That can be done with the ImageMagick compare command. But it would not be quick. Otherwise, you might be able to threshold on the color of the letters and th...

Re: The tinting not quite doing what I need

You have to copy off the alpha channel, then turn it off and process the image, then add it back again. In Unix syntax: convert banner.png \ \( -clone 0 -alpha extract \) \ \( -clone 0 -alpha off +level-colors "black, red" \) \ -delete 0 -reverse -alpha off -compose copy_opacity -composite \ result.p...
